From January 2006, reviewers are encouraged to complete the review process online. If you really have difficulties in using the online system, please let us know by e-mail, and we can send you the manuscript by email.

Notice for Online Reviewing: When you receive an email inviting you to review a manuscript, just click on one of the options (Agree, Unavailable or Decline) in the email.  If you agree, you can log on to the server using your USER ID and PASSWORD sent to you by email, and review the manuscript online according to the instructions given by the system. If you forget your USER ID or PASSWORD, just use the Password Help function. Enter your e-mail address to receive an e-mail with your account information.
